  Theory! I always love theory based workshops.
  
  Various folkloric styles - you know so many!
  
  I love combinations over/rather than choreography - tho I wouldn't mind a choreography on dvd, since I can go back over and over it.
  
  Spins and turns, arms/hands, shimmies.
